1. Acceptance

By accessing southwind.ai (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

You may use the Site for lawful informational and business-evaluation purposes. You must not:

• Disrupt, overload, scrape abusively, or introduce harmful code.

3. Demo requests

Submitting a demo request authorizes Southwind to contact you about that request. A request does not guarantee access, pricing, availability, or a commercial relationship. Any product use or paid engagement will require separate written terms.

4. Intellectual property

The Site and its text, graphics, logos, designs, and software belong to Southwind, Inc. or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No rights are granted except the limited right to use the Site under these Terms.

5. Disclaimers and liability

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, Southwind disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Site.

6. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer or data-protection rights that apply where you live are not excluded.

7. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms by publishing a revised effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
