By joining the Whispers early-access waitlist, you provide your name and email address and consent to receive communications from Southwind about the product. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to Whispers or constitute a binding agreement for any service. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the waitlist or the product at any time.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of Southwind, Inc. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
